The new unicode PST Outlook file has no more the 2 GB dead line of the previous versions (98, 2000, 2002).

Actually it has a theoretical 4 TB limit; howewer, it could reach 20 Gb of used space.

For this reason, if you has Outllook 2003 like client of Exchange Server 2000 or 2003 (i don't test Save Items with Exchange 5.5, but i suppose it could work with it too), you can realize a way to perform a full folder by folder backup of Public Folders in Exchange, using the new Complete Folder Backup option of Save Items.

It could be useful when a user erroneusly delete items or a folder. You wil be able to restore that items qirh a very little effort.

Please, give me feed back regarding the use of Save Items for this goal.
